Meet Our Chihuahuas

Although we are relatively new to the world of
Chihuahua's, we are totally enthralled with the breed.
I personally plan to build a solid breeding
program with dogs that have solid structure, good movement, correct
temperament and good health.
Let me introduce my beginnings.
After spending a great deal of time researching
the Chihuahua I was lucky enough to have to opportunity to purchase
a beautiful little smooth coat girl from Lori Eyben of Lalynns
Chihuahuas. This little girl is the smooth coat you see above,
Lalynns Carman. Carman was born on Valentine's Day in 2005.
She has a beautiful head, great rear and overall she is very nicely
put together with a sweet gentle temperament.
I then decided to get truly involved in the show
world of the Chi, so through a wonderful friend I met Nancy Shonbeck
of Shinybrook Chihuahua's in NH. Nancy graciously let me bring
home a beautiful long coat male that has won our hearts and sealed
our devotion to the breed. You can also see puppy pictures of
Shinybrooks Just for Kix above.
Thank you to all of you who have helped me I hope
that I will make your as proud of the dogs I produce as I have been
to begin with such wonderful representatives of the breed.

Carmie is a wonderful girl who loves to play outside, but also
loves to cuddle on the couch. Carman has an oustanding
Pedigree with many Ch, that also have very correct structure and
type. She has had her eyes CERFed clear, and her
patella's have been vet cleared, as well as her heart.

| Meet MR. Kix, the healer of the heart.
He is an outstanding representative of the breed with a
temperament that will melt hearts. Never has anyone walked into my
home and not fallen in love with him, not even the most manly man.
He is want a Chihuahua should be!
|
Kix took a BPIS On June 9th 2006 at
the FCI show in Oromocto
with FCI Judges. They were
very impressed with this little Guy.
He then took his first CKC points
in Moncton NB in Nov of 2006
getting his first Major. In
Saint John this summer he got his second
major as well as a Reserve Winners
Dog at the CCC specialty.

| Here is my little boy when he first came home.
He was just a smidgen of a fellow, but what ears he had. |
He also had a lot of spunk, and really good doggy
manners. |
