Sunny is my shining star, he is my gift from Yo. Another boy to fill a heart with joy, he is a fun loving, energetic soul who just enjoys all the attention he can get. At home he plays the clown and at shows he is a very enthusiastic participant. How lucky am I to have this wonderful boy?!
Sunny was only in the ring a few times as a puppy.
Here he is (above) at 10 ½ month winning the “YoYo” Trophy for Best of Opposite Sex at the Lhasa Apso Club of Ontario Specialty in May 2004.
He finished his Championship in October 2003 with a group 2 from a very respected judge, the late Robert Cole.
Sunny then spent the time until his second birthday, learning that it was preferable to have all four feet on the ground when being shown.
He made his Specials debut in the summer of 2004 at outdoor shows, and was consistently placed in group.
…….and finished the year in style with a Group 1st from judge Don Wallace!
