“He is your friend, your partner, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion”.

Rescue

The goal of a “Dog Rescue” effort is to match a needy dog with a FOREVER HOME. We will draw on all of our skills; resources and love of Keeshonden to make this happen, so geographic borders are not a concern. We will offer whatever support we possible can in order to keep a Kees and their owners together, so please do contact us first before taking any other steps. We have a rich resource of non-judgemental people only too willing to help.

If you can provide a Foster Home, please contact us.

The following people have given their names as sources of support and referrals for rescued Keeshonden in Canada. Although they may not be able to take dogs into care themselves, they will assist in providing support and information. Please remember that they are volunteering their time.
