Crash is an Irish coated boy with a North American and European background. He is such a cool dog, very clever and with the greatest attitude.
He actually can “play dead” at the shot of a finger!!! His first show, at 7 months of age, he was Winners Dog at the Canadian National Specialty. He then waited in the wings for his hair to grow in.
He came back out later to quickly finish his Championship.
There are not very many Irish coated dogs to finish their championships in Canada, certainly not as many as are in the US. Canadian judges still don’t have much opportunity to see many Irish coated wheatens as many of our breeders are reluctant to show them here. Hopefully we will
see this change. Crash has offspring in both the US and Canada who are turning heads in the show ring. He seems to be producing his stylish outline, level topline and good tailset, great length of neck and head. He also has a perfect scissors bite.
